REGISTRATION

Registration is now open: indico registration form

The early registration fee is 300 euros or 12000 TWD.
deadline of early registration has been extended to 19th July.

The late registration fee is 400 euros or 16000 TWD.

The late registration fee should be paid on site, only in EURO or in TWD cash.

The cost for the accompanying persons is 80 euros for the collaboration meeting dinner and 30 euros for the Thursday excursion (110 euros in total if participanting both events). It can be paid together with early registration, or on-site.

We accept the early registration fee with

(personal checks from North American bank accounts)

Payment should be made to "George W.S. Hou", with statement that it is for "CMS Week 2013 Taipei".

Please accompany check by some independent "currency conversion" statement from 300 Euros to USD, for the day of writing check. This should correspond to the check amount.

The official receipt would be from LOC when registering on-site in September. The conversion/payment of check amount will therefore be monitored by the LOC.

Please transfer the fee to the bank account below. Be sure to pay the bank charges as well, which can be 20 euros, even up to 45 euros, depending on the banks or regions. We have spent much effort trying to get around or reduce this, but unfortunately without success. Please take note that in case all the bank charges have not been covered by your bank, you will be kindly requested to pay the difference in cash upon registering on-site.

We will ask for the late registration fee if you cannot finish the payment before the deadline (19 July). We will only accept cash, on in euro (400 euro) or TWD (16000 TWD), and only at the Registration Desk on site.

The registration fee does include:

Coffee/tea breaks and lunches (5 days);

Reception;

Collaboration meeting dinner;

Excursion on Thursday.

The registration fee does not include:

Accommodation and transportation costs;

Pre/post excursion packages.
